What is the timeline for purchasing a home?
Vacant properties purchased without financing may allow possession in as little as a week, subject to lawyer timelines and legal documentation. Purchases involving financing or occupied homes typically close within 30–60 days.
Can we tour homes on our own?
Of course! If you allow us to accompany you, we will be able to take note of the things you like and if you love a certain property, we can communicate with the listing side, move quickly on competitive properties, offer insight on the home, and advocate for you during negotiations.
How long do negotiations take?
Some negotiations move quickly, while others take longer due to seller response times, financing verification, lender availability, and timing around weekends or statutory holidays.
What are the steps after an offer is accepted?
Once an offer is accepted, the next steps include financing verification, inspections, document review by lenders and lawyers, title processing, a final walkthrough, and possession.
What should I do if there are multiple offers on a property?
